About the SNA Website
The SNA website is the official website of The North American International School, serving as a bridge between the school, students and parents. It provides comprehensive information on academic programs, admission requirements, news and events, school activities and student life, along with scholarship programs and enrollment incentives, giving parents and students a clear view of the learning opportunities at SNA.

Situation and Improvement Goals
Situation
In its early phase, the SNA school system’s website had been launched but carried several limitations that affected operational efficiency and user experience:
- A fragmented website structure with content that was not optimized for an international school model, along with an inconsistent interface and layout that failed to clearly convey SNA’s brand image and positioning.
- A content-update process that relied too heavily on the technical team, leaving the marketing and admissions departments without the autonomy and flexibility to manage information.
- No deep integration with a customer relationship management (CRM) system, so collecting and processing consultation and enrollment registration data remained a manual effort.
- An unoptimized mobile experience that directly affected the accessibility and engagement of parents and students.
Improvement goals
The project aimed to build a unified website for the SNA system, reusing the standardized technology stack, structure and templates proven in previous successful projects to shorten deployment time and ensure brand and user-experience consistency across branches.
In addition, the website was designed with a flexible content management system that empowers the internal team to update information proactively without depending on the technical team. At the same time, it was deeply integrated with a customer relationship management (CRM) system to automate the collection, processing and management of customer data.
The Solution from TOT
To overcome the limitations of the old website, TOT applied its experience from large-scale website projects to build a comprehensive technical solution, ensuring the SNA Website has a solid, flexible foundation ready for long-term growth.

- 1. WordPress CMS & WPBakery: The SNA Website was built on WordPress CMS combined with WPBakery, creating a friendly content management system that is easy to use for non-technical staff. Standardized page structures and templates let SNA expand content easily while keeping the interface and brand consistent.
- 2. Salesforce CRM integration: Data from consultation and enrollment registration forms is synced directly to Salesforce via API. This system integration automates lead processing, reduces manual work, improves accuracy and shortens the admissions team’s response time.
- 3. Performance & Security optimization: The website was performance-optimized, displays well on all mobile devices and meets basic security requirements, especially during peak enrollment periods.
