Before TOT joined the project, Gaz Vietnam’s website platform and management system carried several limitations:
- An unfriendly website design with a user experience that was not optimized.
- Slow page load speed, affecting both experience and SEO performance.
- A WordPress CMS that had not been customized to real operational needs.
- No CRM system to manage and track leads from online channels.

Faced with the need for a modern website platform with synchronized data that is easy to operate, TOT proposed an end-to-end solution: redesigning the website, standardizing the management system, applying a Microservice architecture and integrating a CRM to create a technology foundation ready for long-term growth.

- 2. Microservice architecture deployment: The system was built on a Microservice architecture, separating and managing each service independently to improve scalability, security and stability.
- 3. Central CMS (Umbraco): This lets the operations team centrally manage website content, vehicle data and pricing, news and promotions – flexible and easy to scale.
- 4. CRM system integration: This helps dealers and the operations office manage, classify and track leads from multiple forms and channels, optimizing the sales and customer-care process.
- 5. SEO & performance optimization: A comprehensive SEO rollout, page-speed optimization on both desktop and mobile, improving search visibility and increasing organic traffic.
