Developed by Peugeot Vietnam, the My Peugeot App provides a comprehensive digital solution for customers, covering everything from exploring vehicles to managing maintenance and after-sales services.
With My Peugeot, users can:

- Stay updated with the latest news and promotions from Peugeot Vietnam.
- Conveniently manage your vehicle's maintenance history and schedule services.
- Track car status, receive alerts, and ensure peace of mind on every journey.
- Access driving guides and vehicle information directly from their phone.

Existing Issues & Project Goals
Before TOT’s involvement, the existing app version faced several UX and performance limitations:
- The interface lacked visual consistency with Peugeot’s brand identity.
- The user experience was not optimized, resulting in below-average app store ratings.
- Customers wanted online service booking features, which the app didn’t support.
These challenges required a comprehensive UX/UI redesign and system upgrade to create a more modern, connected, and user-centric experience.
