Existing Issues & Project Goals

Before TOT’s involvement, the existing app version faced several UX and performance limitations:

  • The interface lacked visual consistency with Peugeot’s brand identity.
  • The user experience was not optimized, resulting in below-average app store ratings.
  • Customers wanted online service booking features, which the app didn’t support.

These challenges required a comprehensive UX/UI redesign and system upgrade to create a more modern, connected, and user-centric experience.

To improve user experience and optimize the app’s operational performance, TOT implemented an end-to-end solution that combined in-depth UX research, modern UI/UX redesign, and technical infrastructure synchronization in line with Peugeot Vietnam’s digital transformation goals.
