- OverView:
- Peugeot APP is a mobile application developed by the car manufacturer Peugeot, helping users easily manage and track information about their cars. The app provides features such as maintenance scheduling, repair appointment setting, vehicle tracking, driving directions, and alerts on the car’s status. This is a useful tool to help users maintain and preserve their cars efficiently.
- Current Situation:
- The user experience error on the app is not good, with low ratings on the app stores.
- Desire for users to schedule service appointments online on the app, similar to Mazda, inheriting the existing design system of the My Mazda app.
What did TOT do
- Solution:
- Conduct UX research and revamped the new UI-UX for the My Peugeot app,
- Create a Peugeot workspace to ensure synchronized data from DDMS and IT system management by Thaco Auto’s IT staff.
- Ensure that prominent features of My Mazda can be quickly applied to the My Peugeot app and vice versa.
- Timeline: 4 months
