- Mazda App is a utility mobile application for Mazda car owners. The app provides information on car maintenance, repair history, and updates on attractive promotional programs from the company. Users can easily access Mazda App to efficiently and conveniently manage their cars.
- Current Situation:
- The user experience on the app is not good, with low ratings on app stores.
- The database system is separately managed for each car brand, making system administration difficult.
What did TOT do
- Solution
- Conducted UX research and revamped the new UI-UX for the My Mazda app.
- Implement a Microservice system with independent services for the app and synchronize vehicle data (prices, images, information) with Thaco Auto’s DDMS.
- Build a CMS system to manage service appointment data for Mazda owners and provide reports to the operations room on the effectiveness of handling appointments at each dealership.
- Timeline: 6 months

- The Mazda App provides many useful features for users such as tracking vehicle maintenance services, checking information about Mazda’s promotions and events, as well as searching and scheduling online appointments for vehicle maintenance. Additionally, users can search for and share information about important locations such as Mazda parts stores and services near you. With a user-friendly and easy-to-use interface, the Mazda App is a useful tool to help users efficiently manage and maintain their vehicles.
