Project Background & Challenges
About the Mazda Website
The Mazda Website is an online platform that provides comprehensive information on Mazda’s vehicle lineup, including sedans, SUVs, and sports models, along with specifications, pricing, promotions, and exclusive technologies.
It plays a key role in delivering Mazda’s brand experience to customers, helping them easily explore, compare, and select the right vehicle.

Existing Issues & Project Goals
Before TOT joined the project, the Mazda Website faced several operational and data management challenges:
- Vehicle details, pricing, and news were manually managed by the central operations team, resulting in time-consuming updates.
- Data across dealership websites and the central system were not synchronized, resulting in inconsistencies in design, product information, and content.
The project aimed to build a centralized website system that ensures nationwide data synchronization while optimizing user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
TOT’s Solutions
To overcome these challenges, TOT implemented a modern system architecture and a flexible content management platform, empowering Mazda Vietnam to manage both its central and dealership websites efficiently.
Key Deliverables
- Deployed a Microservice architecture to separate and manage services independently, ensuring scalability and high security.
- Built a centralized CMS (Umbraco CMS) allowing Mazda’s operations team to manage vehicle data, pricing, news, and promotions from one control center.
- Developed a Configuration Hub enabling easy setup, synchronization, and management of all dealership websites nationwide.
Timeline & Technology
- Project Duration: 4 months
- Technologies Used:
- .NET Core – Backend development and Microservice architecture
- Umbraco CMS – Flexible, user-friendly content management system
- Next.js – High-performance front-end for optimal website speed and responsiveness
Results & Impact
Following completion, the Mazda Website was successfully upgraded — delivering unified data management, improved performance, and a seamless brand experience across all dealership sites.
Key Outcomes:
- Centralized data synchronization between the leading and dealership websites, ensuring consistency in product info, pricing, and news.
- Streamlined content management through a centralized CMS, reducing update time and operational costs.
- Microservice architecture enhances scalability, security, and processing efficiency.
- Modern and intuitive design that elevates the user experience and strengthens brand perception.

With this transformation, Mazda Vietnam now operates a modern, scalable, and future-ready digital platform that supports its long-term digital transformation strategy in the automotive industry.
