About the Mazda App
The Mazda App is a digital companion for Mazda owners, enabling users to manage and monitor their vehicles anytime, anywhere.
It provides detailed maintenance and repair history, updates on promotions and events, and helps customers access Mazda’s latest services and news with ease.

Existing Issues & Project Goals
Before TOT’s involvement, the existing Mazda App faced several challenges that affected both user experience and operational efficiency:
- The interface and user experience (UX) were not optimized, leading to low ratings on app stores.
- Vehicle and service data were managed separately for each brand, making synchronization and system management difficult.
Recognizing these challenges, Mazda Vietnam and TOT set out to revamp the Mazda, creating a seamless, unified experience for users while improving backend efficiency and data management.
TOT’s Solutions
To address these issues, TOT implemented a comprehensive technological and design solution that balanced user needs with operational optimization for Mazda’s internal systems.
Key Deliverables
- Conducted UX research and entirely redesigned the UI/UX for the Mazda App with a modern, user-friendly interface aligned with Mazda’s brand identity.
- Implemented a Microservice architecture, separating services and synchronizing vehicle data (pricing, images, technical specs) directly with Thaco Auto’s DDMS system.
- Developed a Content Management System (CMS) to manage service booking data and generate performance reports for each dealership.
